Our Dental Clinic in Crossfield, AB

Dr. MacLeod grew up in Airdrie, Alberta, and attended the University of Alberta for her undergraduate degree and Dental School, graduating in 2012. She returned home to the Calgary area and began working at a practice in North Calgary.

After 14 years, Dr. MacLeod joined the Highland Dental team as owner of the practice in 2026. She has had close ties to the Crossfield community through friends and family since her childhood and, now living just west of Crossfield, enjoys being part of the Crossfield community with her own family and through dentistry.

Dr. MacLeod strives to really get to know her patients and foster long-lasting relationships to help them achieve their oral health goals. With experience, she has realized that her passion in dentistry is caring for all ages who suffer with dental anxiety. She strives to provide a comfortable, trust-based environment that patients can rely on. She finds it immensely rewarding to give patients an office they call their dental home and where they are treated like family.

Dr. MacLeod provides all aspects of her general dental services and has also trained to provide all levels of Botox treatment, nitrous oxide sedation, and implants.

Outside of dentistry, you can find her and her husband around town in the Pete Knight Arena watching their three kids play hockey. Or out on the ball diamonds during slow pitch season. Their family also enjoys travelling, camping, snowboarding, golfing, and cheering on the Calgary Flames.

Dr. Simrat Gill was born in Punjab, India. She always wanted to study a field that was connected to helping people with their health. Born and raised in a family of healthcare professionals, Dr. Gill developed an early passion for oral health, volunteering at community clinics during her teenage years. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery from India in 2013 and began practicing dentistry in India. Upon arrival in Canada, Dr. Gill attended Fairleigh Dickinson University in Vancouver and completed her Master’s in Global Health. She then completed her certification process to become a licensed dentist in Canada and became certified by the National Dental Examining Board in 2025.

Dr. Gill practices the full scope of general dentistry and is known for her gentle approach. She is committed to patient education with a keen interest in family and preventive dentistry. She continues to devote many days each year to continuing her education through seminars, study clubs, and conferences to stay up to date with the latest changes and techniques in dentistry.

Away from the practice, Dr. Gill loves spending her spare time with her husband and three young kids, balancing her career with family life while enjoying hiking, painting, exploring new places, and watching new movies. Dr. Gill is passionate about dentistry, and in her care, you can always expect to be treated like family.

Dr. Navdip Sidhu earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Manitoba in 2023. She began her dental career in Manitoba before relocating to Alberta, where she is excited to continue building meaningful relationships with her patients and provide thoughtful, personalized care.

Dr. Sidhu loves dentistry because it gives her the opportunity to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Whether helping a patient feel more confident in their smile, improving their oral health, or simply making someone feel more comfortable at the dentist, she finds it incredibly rewarding to see the impact that dentistry can have. She believes in taking the time to listen to her patients, explain treatment clearly, and create a comfortable and positive dental experience.

Outside of the office, Dr. Sidhu enjoys travelling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys reading and making the most of her time exploring the outdoors and discovering new places.

Born and raised in Calgary, Johnny completed his Dental Hygiene education at the Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Auxiliaries, graduating in 2010. With over 16 years of experience in dental hygiene, he loves getting to know his patients and building genuine relationships with them. He finds it especially rewarding to help patients feel comfortable in the dental chair and see their confidence grow as their oral health improves.

Outside of the clinic, Johnny loves travelling, trying new restaurants, good food, snowboarding, and spending time with friends, family, and his dog. He is also a big car and motorcycle enthusiast and loves anything automotive. He’s always up for a new adventure and brings positive, easygoing energy wherever he goes!
